Consulting and implementation
For institutions putting the Framework to work, and for the executives, senior leaders, and decision-makers who are navigating pressure to lead authentically in a politically and culturally complex environment while maintaining credibility, performance, and trust.
Three ways institutions work with him
Every engagement is customized. These are the usual shapes. Pricing is discussed once we know what you need.
-
Institutional implementation
Districts, campuses, agenciesTaking the Be The Messenger Framework from a training day to the way a system runs: discipline and achievement data, the policies behind them, and the adults responsible for both. In Lynchburg City Schools he reviewed disproportionate representation of minority students in discipline and in the gifted program and helped the district use its own data to find root causes and put changes in place.
-
Advising for senior leaders
Executives, superintendents, deans, chiefs of staffOne on one work over a set engagement with a leader who carries the responsibility for culture and accountability. Clarity with compassion, strategy with authenticity, and a leadership plan you build together. For leadership teams, individual advising can be paired with team sessions.
